She informed us that shipping this time round would be slighter higher. When asked for reason, she did not provide any. Shipping was another $10+ on top of the initial $6 paid. Ridiculous! Shipping charges cost more than the bag itself. Didn't want to argue with her over this cause I wanted my bags. When it came to postage, she attempted to overcharge me. First she insisted on weighing the items again at the PO. Items were already weighed to calculate shipping and postage can be obtained at the PO's website. Postage for my bags should be $2.55. She came back to me with individual postage for each item, $1.50 and $2.55 respectively. When asked why items were not weighed together to get 1 postage charge, she did not provide any reasons but insisted that those were the figures given by the PO. I insisted on a combined postage of $2.55 + registered charge. In the end she agreed and when I received my items, I was not told that postage was underpaid. The entire experience was horrible. I don't understand why she is still a spree organizer here. She should be banned from cheating any spree-ers further.

Thanks for your negative feedback.
We did not overcharge the shipping cost nor the postage fee. We sent you the shipping invoice and everything was stated there clearly and you still accused us. Well, we have nth to be afraid as everything was said and done by the supplier / PO assistant.
We did state in our T&Cs that if you do not feel comfortable with us, you may not need to join. We did not force you to participate with us.

BIGI Bag SPree #1
First time ordering from a taiwan spree and was utterly disappointed. Items took almost 3 months to be cleared and the shipping was madness. I emailed spree-er twice bout items and was given reply that there was some hold-up with suppliers and I had to wait 2 more weeks or so. I accepted this explanation but felt that a follow up email should be issued. shippin costs were almost the price of my bag. When items arrived, i opted for registered shipping and was told to transfer 4.25. after doing so, spree-ers told me that theyr were sorry but the cost is 4.79 and asked me to transfer the remaining 0.54 to them before they would ship item out. i just transferred the $$ and am waiting for item. i think they might be nice spree-ers and i just got a bad experience cos of the supplier mishap but i think more professionalism is needed in this company for it to thrive.

We only can said that the error is committed by the PO and not us. $0.54 is still money and you have always been requesting us to waive off certain charges for you, we strongly feel that it is not acceptable as it will be very unfair to buyers.

She has detailed updates in LJ, polite reply on my query and good bag conditions. Other than that, these r my comments: 1) She has written 20% discount, but actually it does not apply to one of my bags. This info is only known to me when she sent the spreadsheet for topup. I find that she should ask if we still wish to purchase without discount. 2) The handling charge has changed from 50cents in general to 50cents per bag. As usual, no matter how reasonable or small the extra charges, we spree-ers will nv be happy about last min changes. 3) most importantly, I m charged $11.49 and $12.52 shipping respectively for the 2 bags I bought (costs $8.66 and $10.69). The shipping is even more exp than the bag! I m definitely sure we are overcharged, and we have discussed about this in here http://community.livejournal.com/spreesgalore/1563585.html . The reason I paid my topup is bcos I still wish to have my bag. This is a very nasty spree experience, and I hope everyone is aware of this. Pls give a more transparent details to the current sprees u hv held to b fair to the girls.

Claimed to use EMS but when probed, she sent me the normal Parcel Form with 'SURFACE Mail' Ticked. Hence, cheated in mode of shipping. 3) threatened me with the 'law' if i were to email other spree participants who are in the same spree as me. she said "Else we will take appropriate actions against you."
4) said that if we are not happy with the charges, we do not have to pay. however, hinted that our bags will not be sent to us
5) when emailed organizer to ask why shipping charge is so high, she replied that nobody has questioned her about the charges. however, she replied the same thing to whoever who emailed her

I give you the benefit of the doubt. Paid about $20 in total for the shipping of the shoes ($3 initial top-up, $15 shipping, $2+ more for normal mailing). Worst of all, you mailed me the wrong shoes! Please reply to my email asap. I have no use of the shoes and I will need you to pay me the appropriate mail charges so I can exchange the shoes with the original buyer. I did not spam her on her personal livejournal page, I only post a question, asking when the bags will arrive and I got blocked for posting? That's really quite an awful experience. Everyone join spree, not to cheat people's money or make a business transcation out of this. But people spree to share shipping costs and bring discounts for everyone. EVEN if she wants to make a profit out of us, please do a clean job without any loopholes! There are sooo much evidences of your "so called EMS Shipping charges" that are proven to be fake. It's real awful to know that you are cheating our money without feeling guilty? It makes things worse that you didnt even bother to explain anything.

We liaised with the supplier to charge us as lower as they could but they told us that was the amount we need to pay before they willing to pack our items (esp restocking items) and shipped out our items. We were rather surprised that 32 bags already weighed 16,050g, which is far alot more than our average weightage. We were being fined for making a false declaration but our company had waived off the fine. And of course, we charged the shipping fee to you according to your item's weight (as what we had stated in our T&Cs)" - She also mentioned that the other buyers had no complains. -No complains my ass..look!! And she didnt reply when I asked on what basis did PGMALL charge additional service charge. Initially, I accepted her explanation and paid.. jus thought sway..overweight. +I have no knowledge of how PGMALL works. But after confirming with others in http://community.livejournal.com/spreesgalore/1563585.html, and seeing other similar concerns, I NEVER FELT SO CHEATED. When we sent gentle reminders to her via sms, she did not reply or acknowledge. For one of her meet-ups, she did not turn up or answer calls or sms, and instead, got her mother to pass the bags on her behalf. Is this how a sincere spree organiser should be? Her actions and MIA stunts speak much of her personality and sense of responsibility. Clearly, she is irresponsible but yet, she's capable of shielding herself using laws and her self-created "company". If she has nothing to hide, she would not need to come up with such childish threats to protect herself. Even if she has a poor command of English, she should have still tried to explain and convince her spree-ers (us) instead of using the law or self-created authorities to scare and suppress us. I have had enough of her nonsense. Go ahead and continue joining her sprees if you'd like to contribute to her "spree-ly income" aka income earned from sprees.

A: NO, not at all as we doesn't need to do such thing.

3. I think it will do a lot of spree-ers justice if only she is able to give us a good explanation than doing her MIA stunts or threatening us with law or fabricating the fact that she has link with government personnel in other countries. This definitely does not solve our queries and unjust!
<The suppliers that we had worked with always had signed authorisation forms that they will be glad to be one of our witnesses to ensure that all details provided at all times are accurate. Same goes for our other buyers who received those anonymous emails. If needed, government personnels from other countries will be cooperating with us to assist those suppliers/merchant.
Do note that based on the emails (ip address) you used to liaise with TheMissyInc, Ibanking details with TheMissyInc, your personal particular (such as Names, Add, Tel) can be easily found out by relevant authorised personnels.

i think the best way to keep in mind and stay away from this POSB ACCOUNT is to add her as payee. state the nickname as "SPREE_SCAMMER"! cos from what i know, we are unable to add the same payee twice. GOOD GAME if she tries to scam again!
